Delivery Policy

Delivery

1. Local Customers: Free Delivery threshold to HKD500 or above per order (after discount). Otherwise, delivery fee is fixed at HKD50.
Overseas Customers: Airmail by Hong Kong Post and Speedpost (EMS) are available. Delivery rates will be charged according to the parcel weight and it will be displayed at your shopping cart.
We reserve the right to adjust the amount of order for free delivery

2. Delivery service will be suspended if the Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted, or under any weather condition deemed unsuitable for delivery.

3. Normally products will be sent out within 5 working days.

4. We will deliver the product ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through our staff or a third-party provider. The product shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the product(s) are delivered to the address you give us for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order without any refund or compensation to you in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.

5. You will become the owner of the product you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once product has been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.

6. You are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us by email. We shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

7. All discount items, free gifts and redemption items are subject to stock availability. No substitution and no prior notice will be made if stock is not available.

8. No return or exchange of product will be accepted.
