Zhang Shang Zhu Guanyin (Pearl in the Palm Tieguanyin) is a premium grade of oolong tea produced in Anxi, Fujian. The tea leaves are tightly rolled into compact, pearl-like beads with a lustrous, dark green sheen. It is named for its delicate, exquisite form, reminiscent of a precious pearl cradled in the palm of one's hand.
