Returns and Exchanges
2. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and there is no refund service.
3. If other items in your order are cancelled due to out of stock, we will arrange to send the remaining products of the order according to the delivery method and delivery address in your order. The remainder of the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.
4. The exchange and return service is only applicable to products related to quality problems.
5. Returned items must be unused, in new, complete and clean condition with original packaging and unopened.
6. If there is any problem with the products after the delivery, please notify us within 24 hours after picking up the products. After 24 hours, no refund or replacement will be provided.
7. Please ensure that the product meets the return criteria and return it within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.
8. No refund/shipping will be arranged if the tea is returned after the expiry date of consumption and use.
9. Returns and exchanges for shop pick-up orders are only accepted in-store. Customers must cover the return shipping costs if mailing items back.
We may decline returns lacking sufficient shipping fees, with customers responsible for any extra charges.
